These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who creates an account on Qavexdigital.com (QAVEX Digital World, “QAVEX”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give true details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account. One account is for one business.

2. The business package (one-time fee)

The QAVEX Business Package costs a one-time fee of $20 and includes the website builder, the business suite and 2 months of free hosting. Pay only when you are ready to use QAVEX: the package fee is non-refundable once paid.

3. Hosting

After the free period, hosting costs $9 per month. You can pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months in advance at the discounts shown on the payment page. Hosting payments are non-refundable. If hosting is not paid, your website may be taken offline until payment is made; your data is kept for a reasonable time.

4. Payments

We accept M-Pesa, card and USDT. Prices are set in US dollars; amounts shown in other currencies are estimates. Payments made by M-Pesa code or USDT are confirmed by our team before your account opens. Sending the wrong amount, network or reference may delay confirmation.

5. Referral programme

You earn commissions for businesses that join with your link, as shown on our website and in your dashboard. Commissions are earned only on payments we actually receive. Withdrawals start at $10, are checked by our team and sent by M-Pesa or USDT. We may withhold commissions involving fake accounts, self-referrals or abuse.

6. Your content and your customers

You own the content, products and data you add. You are responsible for it being legal and accurate, and for the goods and services you sell, your prices, taxes, invoices and dealings with your customers. You give us permission to host and display your content to run the service.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use QAVEX for anything illegal, for fraud, for selling prohibited goods, for spam, or to harm other people or our systems. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide and improve the service, process payments and meet legal duties.

9. Service and liability

We work to keep QAVEX available and secure, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last three months.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we will show the date of the latest version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Questions: contact us through our website.
